Christmas Memories 1910 (youtube video) The Burchfield Homestead Society interprets portions of the artist Charles Burchfield's journals in this clip that highlights the family's 1910 Christmas in their homestead at 867 East Fourth Street in Salem, Ohio. It was the first year that the family had a Christmas tree and the memories inspired many paintings showing the tree and their neighborhood in winter.
